芫荽少量 (切碎) / Handful of fresh Coriander (chopped) 紫菜 5克 (切碎) / Seaweed 5g (chopped) 皮蛋 4隻 (切碎) / 4 Preserved Eggs (chopped) 配入調味料 B 如下: Seasoned with the following:
糖 1 茶匙 / 1 tsp of Sugar 豉油 1茶匙 / 1 tsp of Soy sauce 蠔油 1茶匙 / 1 tsp of Sesame oil 食油 1湯匙 / 1 tbsp Oil 胡椒粉 少許 / A few of Pepper
