今次唱者兼填詞人Aidan分享了自家的小狗Teddy，因Teddy常常帶給他們歡樂和喜笑，成為家中的開心果。雖然Teddy有時做錯事，被訓話後看似可憐，但牠仍然是全宇宙最幸福的小狗，因為善良和喜樂，就是牠的本質。同樣，我們人生不論環境如何，只要內裡是善良和喜樂，我們就會快樂。

【This is your moment 】歌詞演繹

這首歌，想告訴大家，想活得開心、幸福和被愛，其實並不複雜，只要你有一顆單純，願意付出、亦願意接受的心。

A1:
Teddy 出生於澳洲，那裡有大草原、有清新的空氣，有牠的家庭。但是，牠在沒有選擇之下，被送上了飛機，離開牠的出生地、離開牠的父母，去到一個完全陌生的城市。

B1:
Teddy 經過很遠的路程，從充滿陽光、非常熱情的澳洲大草原，來到一個氣氛截然不同的城市，一個由混凝土所堆砌，人們臉上掛著冷漠的石森林。

C1:
雖然，Teddy 不是自己選擇來到這裡，但是，牠天性充滿喜樂和活力，即使在陌生環境，難免會有害羞，但牠仍然對將來充滿期待，對新事物充滿好奇和雀躍。沒錯，人生裡，
我們總會遇到一些陌生的事情，會帶給我們恐懼、憂慮，甚至，需要忍痛與親友分離。
又或是，經歷了一次極美好的旅行，過後，總是特別讓人懷念、戀戀不捨。但這一切過後，剩下的，不僅是回憶，而是讓我們有一顆更感恩的心。只要我們願意打開自己，以愛心撒好種，我們就會得到百倍。

就如現今的 Teddy，確實為我們家庭帶來很多歡樂，同時，牠亦會得雙倍的快樂。在炎炎夏日裡，牠可以享受室內冷氣，有很多人喜歡牠、陪牠玩耍。牠能夠在這家庭長大，真的可說是全宇宙最幸福的狗。

A2:
Teddy 能夠享受今天的快樂，是因為牠努力渡過了一個適應期。起初，年幼的牠並不習慣與我們相處，也不習慣主動親近我們，牠也有不聽話、使壞的時候，牠的確需要一些時間，適應這個全新的環境。

B2:
過去，Teddy 雖然喜歡人，但牠仍很年幼，即使我們與牠玩耍，牠也不懂得給予反應。但漸漸，隨著牠的長大，牠開始懂得為別人著想和付出，懂得主動親近人、與我們玩耍，也學會了忍耐，不再刻意破壞。當牠適應了這個家庭，懂得向我們表達、與我們互動，我們彼此間的相處，亦越來越開心，雙方都非常享受。

C2:
其實，真正懂得「愛」的人，就如一輛名車，配一個非常優質的引擎，會使這輛車非常持久。同樣，當我們的動力和情緒，都正面且積極，懷著一顆愛人的心、喜樂地付出，其實，我們很容易持之以恆，不會動輒就失去動力和能量，甚或失去目標。雖然 Teddy 只是一隻狗，但牠帶給我們這個家庭的歡樂，卻是非常特別，牠不需要刻意討好我們，牠只需要做自己，在長大過程中，慢慢融入這家庭，這種自然的相處，才是令人最愉快的地方。

C3:
如果我們內心，存在真正的愛和喜樂，那麼，我們就不需要作任何隱瞞或偽裝。就如 Teddy 被管教後雖然牠也會害怕、會傷心，但因為牠的單純、不記仇，很快，牠就會忘記，毫無芥蒂地再次親近我們，就像之前一樣。這份單純、快速遺忘，是 Teddy 的特質，
令牠很容易感受到別人的愛護，亦很容易接受別人的照顧，享受別人摸牠的頭、與牠聊天，這亦是我們需要學習的地方。.

你看自己，是看一個木偶嗎？一舉一動都完全被操控，只是一具沒有自由旨意的機械人？不，神早已將自由旨意賜給我們，我們可以選擇開心、喜樂和一顆感恩的心，這是我們可以控制及主動選擇，不是來自別人的強逼，並非必須這樣做，才能從別人手中賺取甚麼。我們可以更加正視自己的本心、一顆善良的心。就如 Teddy，牠是發自本心，牠本身就擁有喜樂、很喜歡人，所以，每逢牠在場，我們都會很開心，很喜歡牠。這是牠本心散發出來的喜樂，同樣為別人帶來了歡樂。而我們，只要朝著一個愛神愛人的方向成長，常懷一顆感恩的心，持續珍惜、不斷付出，那麼，世上就沒有任何事情，能夠阻止我們，活出一個快樂的人生！

I want to let everyone know that being happy and loved is nothing complicated, all you need is a pure heart that is eager to give and receive.

A1:
Teddy was born in Australia, where there are rolling fields, fresh air, and most importantly, his family. He had no choice but was put on a plane and sent to an entirely new city away from his home and parents.

B1:
Teddy has travelled a long way from sunny Australia to a completely foergin city of concrete jungle and indifferent faces.

C1:
Although it wasn’t his choice to come here, Teddy has kept his joyful and energetic self. He may be shy in a whole new environment in the beginning, but he is still curious and excited about any new adventure.True, we may venture into the unknown in life that could induce fear, worry and even pain when we part from our loved ones. We could be nostalgic about the past or that one unforgettable trip we once embarked on.We may not be able to relive the past but the fantastic experience leaves us precious memories and teaches us to be grateful.

If we act upon our conscience, we can ripe the good seeds we sow, at a hundred-fold. The Teddy today is our family’s little bundle of joy. A joy that is reciprocated for him as he can enjoy air con on a summer day while enjoying the love he has when people play with him.
He is undoubtedly the happiest and warmest dog in the universe.

A2:
Teddy could only enjoy the happiness today because of his effort in adapting to the new environment when he first came to Hong Kong. At first, the young Teddy kept his distance from us and wasn’t sure how to interact with us. There were times when he was disobedient and naughty as he needed time to warm up to this household.

B2:
Although Teddy loves to be around people, he didn’t know how to respond or play with us when he was still a baby. But as he grows a little older, he has become more considerate and giving. He would approach us and ask to play. He even learnt to be patient now and not to make a big scene. After he got more familiar with us, he would express his needs and interact closely with us. We really enjoy each other’s company now.

C2:
Those who know how to “love” would make all relationships lasting, just like an outstanding car complemented with an exceptional engine. The combination will make the car more durable. Similarly, if we are positive and optimistic, always giving our best to others with a loving heart, we would be more consistent and persistent in achieving our goals, regardless of the challenges that may come.

Teddy may just be a pet, but he is a living embodiment of joy in this family. He doesn’t need to make the effort to please us, he simply needs to be himself. Slowly but gradually, he has assimilated into this family. The daily interaction is the most precious and rewarding.

C3:
If our heart is filled with love and happiness, there is no such need to hide or pretend. Just like Teddy, he may be scared or hurt after being disciplined, he would quickly forget about it and reconcile with us as if nothing has happened at all. He is just simple and forgiving. Being simple and forgiving is the great quality of Teddy. This is why he can easily accept the love and care others show him. He loves it when people pats his head and chat with him. These are the qualities we should learn too.

When you look at yourself, do you see a puppet? Every move and thought are controlled by someone else like a robot? No, it’s not true. God has given us free will to decide. We can choose to be happy and grateful. We absolutely have the right to choose. Nothing is forced onto us. We can come to terms with our intention founded on a kind and gentle heart.

Take Teddy as an example, he reacts from the bottom of his heart that is filled with joy and love for people. Whenever he is around, he would make all of us happy as well. His happiness is simply contagious. The happiness in his heart has also sparked joy in others. As for us, if our love for God and neighbors grows, our heart will be filled with gratefulness and appreciation. At that point, there is nothing in this.
