相信大家也曾經歷過——當回望過去，我們心裡或有些遺憾，如果當日，願意多花時間，珍惜與親友相聚時刻，或者，今天自己的心會舒服一點。可是，時間向前奔流，無人能回頭，再活昨天。但只要我們「以感恩的心」去珍視每日、每事，來回報愛我們的人之恩情。這份愛，便能穿越時間空間，修復一切遺憾。

Back To The Music 於2021月6月27日 Facebook 專頁已發佈的新歌【Between the Lines】，唱者兼填詞人Aidan藉著這首歌鼓勵我們，帶著珍惜和感恩的心去過每一天，將這份心態化作報恩的動力，成為奔跑信仰路上的燃料！

【Between the Lines】演繹意境

這首歌，想鼓勵一些，正經歷失意、心裡存有遺憾的小獅子們，愛與感恩，其實能夠帶你穿越時空，修復一切遺憾！

A1:
母親節當天，一位小男孩懷著忐忑不安的心情，在親手製作的 MV 裡，埋下了三個願望，祈求能夠一一彌補遺憾。第一個願望，他希望回到過去；第二個願望，他希望有更多時間，與媽媽建立親密的關係；第三個願望，他希望擁有一顆珍惜、感恩和報恩的心。為何會有這些願望呢？第一個願望，他希望回到過去，因為他父親曾經有一位摯友，兩家人常常一起旅行、遊玩，彼此之間的關係，相當親密。而父親這位摯友的離世，雖然已經有一段時間，但是，原來小男孩一直未能離開這種傷痛，很想回到以往，兩家人一起旅行的歡樂時光。

B1:
聽見這個故事，我真的很想鼓勵他，雖然，世界已變得不一樣，我們無法再四處旅行。然而，世界並非就此停擺，即使疫情下，我們大多只能留在家中，但我們仍有很多可以做的事情。最重要的是，我們能否把握現有的光陰，讓自己成為貢獻，抓緊每個能祝福別人的機會。

A2:
第二個願望，小男孩希望有更多時間，修補他與媽媽之間的關係。過去，因為一些原因，即使小男孩心裡有很多說話、想法，甚至感謝的說話，也找不到機會向媽媽表達，只能一直藏於心底，導致彼此的關係，無法得到真正的建立。這種感覺，一直成為小男孩心中的遺憾。

B2:
的確，小男孩錯過與媽媽建立關係的機會，看似是一件很悲傷的事。但，換一種角度來看，這反而是一個成長的過程。日常生活裡，只要我們細心觀察，其實，有很多美好事物，值得我們讚嘆，更何況，他仍有很多時間，可以修補與媽媽之間的關係，所以，此刻根本不需要感到消極。何不將這種遺憾，化為一種動力，珍惜日常裡每一個機會，以照片記錄一幀幀美好回憶呢？

B3:
當我們面對珍愛的人離世，除了思念，我們又應該如何繼續前進，更珍惜生命裡擁有的一切呢？當我們回顧的時候，才發現舊照片不多，只有寥寥數張，過去並不常去記錄生活的美好片段。在時代轉變中，小男孩常常留在家裡，亦不知道自己可以做甚麼，作甚麼貢獻。然而，我想鼓勵你，只要繼續發展你的嗜好，如音樂，緊緊跟隨領袖、做好自己，已經能夠答謝一些前輩，過往對你的照顧和愛意。就如電影《星際啟示錄》一句經典對白，愛能夠超越時間和空間！

只要小男孩懂得將這種思念，轉化成動力、成為報恩的理由，更竭力在信仰上奔跑。那麼，你心裡的一切遺憾，都不再是遺憾，而是你源源不絕、取之不竭的無窮動力！

I’d like to dedicate this song to those who are experiencing losses of loved ones and holding regrets in their hearts. Love and a grateful heart can allow you to transcend time and space and morph all regrets into new beginnings.

A1:
In the MV that is specially made for Mother’s Day, a boy has made three wishes with it, hoping that all the wishes could come true for him to right his wrong doings and regrets. His first wish is to travel to the past; The second is to have more time to develop a better relationship with his mom; The third is to have a grateful heart that teaches him gratitude and appreciation.

Why did he make these wishes? With the first wish, he wished to go back in time to meet a dear friend of his father. In the old days, the two families were very close and travelled together a lot. This dear uncle has passed away for some time now, but this boy has not grown out of the pain of losing him. He misses the wonderful time when the two families travelled together.

B1:
Hearing this story, I really want to cheer him up – yes the world today is so different now, we cannot travel as freely as before, but it doesn’t mean the world just stops. We are spending more time staying at home in the pandemic, but there is so much we could do! What’s most important is whether we could cherish the time we have and turn it into opportunities to bless others.

A2:
In the second wish, the boy wants to have more time to mend the relationship with his mother. In the past, the boy didn’t get to express his thoughts and feelings to his mom, not even a thank you. All his feelings have been building up inside, that hinders the relationship between the two. This has always been the regret in his life.

B2:
Yes, it’s sad that the boy didn’t get to develop a good relationship with his mom, but it can also be seen as a chance for him to grow. In our everyday life, if we look close enough, there are many amazing things in life that are worth our appreciation. In the case of this boy, he still has a lot of time to work on the relationship with his mom, there is no need at all to feel bad about it. Why don’t we turn this regret into motivation? Treasure every chance you get today and photograph all the precious memories of tomorrow?

B3:
When we experience losses, especially our loved ones, how do we cope with the loss and move on? And to cherish everything we have in life even more? As we look back, we realise that good old photos are numbered. We weren’t used to recording the precious moments in our lives with photographs. In these changing times, this little boy spends most of his time at home. He doesn’t know what he could do or contribute to the church.

Listen, focus on your passion, such as music; follow your leaders closely, do the best version of yourself, these will all add up and become tokens of thanks to your leaders and those who have loved and cared for you in the past. Just like the iconic line from the movie “Interstellar”, “Love is the one thing we’re capable of perceiving that transcends dimensions of time and space”. If this boy can turn the pain of moaning into motivation, he can pay back to those who have given him and thrive in the race of faith. The regret you have today will no longer hold, it will be transformed into a power house that fuels you along the way!

創作意境

聖經對處理遺憾有何教導呢？
來翻讀希伯來書12章1節：「我們既有這許多的見證人，如同雲彩圍著我們，就當放下各樣的重擔，脫去容易纏累我們的罪，存心忍耐，奔那擺在我們前頭的路程。」這裡，保羅詳述了在奔跑天國賽道時，拋開重擔、專心致志，是何等重要。生命的遺憾，可能來自犯下的錯誤、錯失的機會，甚或是失去至親的悲痛。當無法與所關愛的人一起，也許會不懂得如何自處，至終在羞愧中打滾，後悔沒有盡力做好。然而，聖經就此有何指引？

保羅寫道，我們所愛的人，就是那些傾力奔跑天國道但與我們暫別了的，現都身處雲彩之中。他們在屬天的榮耀中站立，沉浸於神的同在，熱切期待著我們的一舉一動。他們滿懷喜悅和熱情地見證著，我們如何舉起傳承下來的火炬，以別開生面的方式延續主的事工。既然如此，朋友，儘管依照保羅的囑咐，拋開一切情感重擔，完成神擺在我們前頭的賽道。成就雲彩見證人所開始的事工，才能真正讓其精神永垂不朽。

What does the Bible teach us about dealing with regrets?.
Let’s take a look at Hebrews 12:1: “Therefore, seeing we also are compassed about by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race before us.” Here, Paul details the importance of casting aside our burdens to run our spiritual race unhindered and wholeheartedly. Regrets may come in mistakes, missed opportunities, or even the loss of loved ones. We may find it hard to cope with the absences of people we cared for and wallow in shame and guilt over the things we could’ve done better. Yet what does the Bible tell us to do?

Paul says those we loved, those who ran the race themselves to their best capabilities, who have left us temporarily, are up there in the clouds. They are standing in the glory of heaven, basking in God’s presence, eagerly anticipating our every move. They watch on with joy and enthusiasm as we raise the torch they left behind, continuing the work of the Lord in an even more exciting fashion. Knowing this, my friends, let us do as Paul says, cast aside all emotional burdens, and finish the race God has laid before us. Finishing what the witnesses above have started can genuinely immortalize their memories.
珍惜和感恩能夠正確引導我們所走的方向，亦成為我們信仰上最大的動力。報恩就是將我們內心的珍惜和感恩，轉化為行動來回報給我們的恩人。
