Back To The Music 於2021月7月25日 Facebook 專頁已發佈新歌【Tell me Tell me】，唱者兼填詞人Aidan分享到以撒順服爸爸以至於死的事蹟；原來，同樣道出Aidan的心志，縱然正值追夢的年歲，卻只希望成為爸爸生命中的以撒，致力事奉，單單只為完成父親的心願。

因著對父親的順服，甘願獻上一切主權

以撒的故事，並非一個慷慨激昂的英雄事蹟，然而，卻是小獅子們必須學習的心態。在看似平平無奇的小情節中，他對父親的順服，卻是甘願交出一切主權，包括前程、婚姻，甚至是性命。

A1

當亞伯拉罕順服神，將以撒獻為燔祭，正要舉起刀的時候，天使卻出現制止他，說：「我知道你是敬畏神的，現在，你可以用羊代替以撒獻給神。」以撒被父親帶到山上，縱然他就像這隻羔羊，不可逃脫，但是，他卻選擇以最好的態度，甘願順服父親的一切安排。對我而言，這是一個很大的警醒！在我的成長過程中，我同樣是不可離開，也沒有變壞的餘地，一旦我變壞，我現有的整個世界都會完全粉碎，不剩任何丁點東西。

因為，我整個成長過程，都是建基於教會的遮蓋、爸爸媽媽的教導。一旦我違反，其實我身後，並不存在所謂的安全區、舒適圈，我所能夠做的，只有在自己的崗位中做到最好。就如以撒的光景，他沒有可逃的地方，他能夠選擇的，只是他面對這事的態度是好是壞。我亦要學習這種態度，全神貫注地做好屬於我的責任，哪怕雙眼會疲累、泛紅，甚至會忽略來電、短訊。我只盼如以撒般，符合爸爸給予我的方向，以合神心意的方式，為神付上我的代價。

亞伯拉罕，請你告訴我，你是如何叫以撒順服，乃至服從你每一句說話呢？你就像一位魔術師，在兒子身上施了魔法，使他對你的一切都言聽計從。很多人都會好奇，為何只要爸爸開口一說，無論多大多難的事，我都會聽從和信任呢？當然，從小到大，我確知爸爸從未欺騙過我，他教我的一切，小至修正我的壞習慣，也是為我好的，他所做的每一件事，從來沒有一件，是出於自己的利益和自私。自然，我亦會完全信任爸爸，對他完全沒有任何保留。

以撒，請你告訴我，為何你會完全順服父親每一句說話，甚至甘願冒著生命危險，被父親綁在祭壇上呢？明明你已經二十歲，理應可以掙扎、反抗，可是，你卻沒有，完全沒有拒絕父親要你做的每一件事。你的順服，甚至被繩子綑綁著，你也沒有因為不適而反感，嘗試去掙脫它們，反而因著對父親的信任，連這種纏繞都覺得親切，能感受到父親的愛意。你靜靜地走上祭壇，甚至尋找一個舒適的姿勢躺好，如同鳥兒回到自己鳥巢般安心歇息，你知道自己正面臨死亡，卻沒有絲毫懼怕恬靜地等候著那一剎的來臨。

當我回想聖經的記載、爸爸的分享，講述以撒與父親的對話，以撒的心態。在這件事裡，很多指責亞伯拉罕是一個冷血殺手，連自己的兒子也能下手殺害，流無辜人的血。然而，這些人從未認真看聖經、認真了解亞伯拉罕的為人，他們根本不可能知道，亞伯拉罕對以撒的愛意有多深厚！從西奈半島星圖可見，假如亞伯拉罕是性情暴躁、蠻不講理的殺手，那麼，Bible Code 就不會成就，以撒留給義人之後的特別信息，亦無法成立。

所以，亞伯拉罕本身的性格，絕對不如外人的指責，相反，他一直很疼愛兒子，當神要求他，將自己的獨生子獻為燔祭大家可以想像，他對神的順服、對信仰的堅毅有多強，他是真的完全信任神，能將以撒從灰燼中復活，導致以撒也能效法父親身上的信仰特質。

以撒，你的故事能被後世千古傳頌，是因為你像參孫，能用驢腮骨擊殺眾多敵人嗎？不，你的名聲不是因為這件事。那麼，你的名聲，是來自你有勇氣進入迦南美地，殺光全地的巨人嗎？來自神賜予你殺敵的勇氣特質？也不是。你擁有的，從來都不是成就，而是你甘願在亞伯拉罕身旁，成為一位順服至死的兒子，亦甘願在神身旁，成為一位好僕人。直至臨終那天，仍服從神每一個指令，令你能夠一直活在幸福和快樂裡。

以撒，為何你會甘願，將人生眾多的展望和夢想一一撇去，全數為神獻上呢？我亦相信，於千禧年很多人會回望我的一生，知道我的故事。我曾接觸許多外國同學，無數次聽見老師說：「假如你到美國留學，將會大有前途，能多方面發展，你的夢想一定要想得更大更遠！」也有很多人不解︰「你身上有著神的恩賜和才能，為何你仍甘願留在爸爸身旁，成為一位複述者呢？為何你會認為，這才是最重要、最有價值的事呢？甚至，連未來的配偶，婚姻如此重要，是人生大事、一大里程碑，你也甘願放棄自己的意思和看法，留待神親自帶來你身邊呢？為何你甘願放棄這一切呢？」藉這歌，我正想帶出這顆心，唯有我們擁有這顆絕對順服的心，我們才能與神建立緊密的關係。

感謝以撒的故事，給我如此重要的教訓，他的說話和態度，比同齡人更懂事，甚至懂得有目標地，與神建立長遠的個人信仰關係。在神面前，祂更重視寡婦的兩個小錢，我們送給神的禮物，不需包裝得美侖美奐，神所看重的，從來不是包裝花紙是否漂亮和昂貴。以撒只是一個很單純的二十歲年青人，他卻甘願為神放棄性命，可見，神最重視的，始終是我們的內心。

不論是我們肉身的父親，抑或天上的父親，為何神教導我們要孝順父母呢？原來，是為了塑造我們擁有更似神的性格。主耶穌亦已親身示範，祂來到地上，不是成為王者，要求人降服在祂腳前，祂並非長大於宮殿，而是寂寂無聞地生於馬槽，甚至，要面對希律的追殺。主耶穌向我們示範，因為祂愛天父、願意服從天父，所以，祂不惜撇棄一切榮華富貴和夢想，

只為完成天父的心願。這亦正是我的心願！

或許很多人也會想：「直至今時今日，為何你在 Back To The Music 中，仍會強調自己擁有的填詞恩賜，並非要顯出自己有多了不起，而是單單只為完成父親的心願呢？」因，這就是事實，於成長過程中，我已深深明白，能帶給我幸福的，從來不是自己去成就甚麼事蹟，而是我能夠順服爸爸的帶領，圍繞爸爸的事奉和心願，建立自己的事奉、社區和朋友圈子，唯有這些，才能夠為我的生命帶來真正的幸福。

藉這歌，我想帶出這一點，透過仿效義人之後、以撒的典範和例子，未來的日子，作為小獅子的我們，也要學習圍繞著大獅子的事奉，建立屬於我們自己的事奉和信仰榜樣。

Isaac’s story is not an epic story of a superhero, but narrates everything the lion cubs (the younger generation) need to learn about.At a glance, his story may seem ordinary, but his absolute obedience to his father, submitting his everything unto his authority, including his future, his marriage and even his life.

When Abraham decided to obey God and offered Isaac as a sacrifice, an angel appeared and stopped him as he lifted the knife, “Now I know that you truly obey God, you can offer the sheep in place of Isaac as a sacrifice.”Isaac went up to the mountain with his father, like a lamb, he couldn’t run away.But he chose to respond with his best attitude, to simply obey his father and what he has planned for him.To me, this is such a good reminder!As a child growing up, I had no choice to deviate from what had been planned for me. If I were to rebel, my whole world would just crumble into nothing.

My whole life has been founded on the coverings from the church and the teachings from my parents.If I rebel, there is nothing that I can fall onto. The comfort zone that I’m relying on will just vanish.What I can do is to give my best to the position I hold today.Just like Isaac, he had nowhere to turn to. What he could choose is the attitude he could respond with.

I need to learn that attitude, too. I have to focus on my responsibilities. Even if it means bloodshot eyes, and even missing calls and texts from my friends.I just want to be like Isaac, following my dad’s direction set forth for me and do what pleases God. I’m willing to pay the price at all costs.

Abraham, please tell me. How did you make Isaac obey every word you say?You are like a magician who has casted a spell on your son for him to obey everything you say.Many people are curious why I would have absolute obedience and trust in everything my dad says?Since I was a child, I know that my Dad has never lied to me. Everything he has taught me, from correcting a bad habit to building my future are all for my good.He has never done a thing that is out of his own interest or selfishness.Naturally, I would trust my father completely without any reservation.

Isaac, tell me, please. Why would you submit yourself to every word of your father? Even giving your life on the fires of an altar?You were 20 at that time, if you want, you could have fought back and resisted but you didn’t.You never refused a thing that your father asked of you.You simply obeyed, let the ropes tied around you, you didn’t even try to resist and fight it.You trusted Abraham with all your heart, and learnt to nest in these ropes on the altar.You walked to the altar in silence.You even found a comfortable position to lie down; like a bird returning to its nest, resting and embracing what is to come.Even if it’s the scariest thing of all – death, you just waited quietly for that moment to come.

It reminded me of a teaching from my dad, about the attitude of Isaac from his dialogue with Abraham.Many called Abraham a cold-blooded murderer. How could he shed the blood of an innocent one, one of his very own?Those who have this thinking have never really understood the bible, nor understood who Abraham is. They have no understanding of how deep his love is for his only son!

If Abraham was really a brutal violent murderer, there won’t be a Sinai star map nor the Bible codes that encode the special teaching of Isaac for all that come after him.So we would know Abraham is not what the others thought he was.On the contrary, he loves his dear son so much.When God asked him to offer his only son as a sacrifice, you could imagine how obedient he was to God.He had such a strong faith believing that God would bring back Isaac from the ashes.This is what a great role model of faith he is for Isaac.

Isaac, your story has been told for generations. Is it because you’re like Samson, the strong man who had immense strength to kill his enemies with just a donkey jawbone?No, that’s not what you’re known for.Is it your tremendous courage to face and kill all the giants as you entered the land of Canaan?The gift of courage that God has given you?No, it’s not.

It’s never about your achievements or what you could do.You’re known for your absolute obedience.You’re willing to stand by Abraham and obey him to death and be the good servant that God asks for.Even till the day you die, you obey every order from God. This is what happiness means to you.

Isaac, why are you willing to leave behind all your dreams and prospects in life and sacrifice it all for God?I know for sure, when people in the Millennium look back to my life and my story, they will find the same recurring theme.I have many classmates and teachers from overseas, they often say, “if you further your study in the states, there will be more opportunities for you and you can dream bigger and farther!”

Many find it hard to understand, “you’ve got so many gifts and talents from God, why would you be willing to just reiterate your dad’s teaching? Why would you think this is the most important and meaningful thing to do?Even when it comes to marriage and choosing your future partner, you are willing to forgo your own preference and thinking? But to trust God that He will provide who’s best for you?Why are you willing to do so without a slight thought of doubt?”I want to demonstrate what this heart of obedience means in this song, this is the only way for us to develop a close relationship with God.

Thank you Isaac, for showing us how to live. Your words and all that you’ve done are more mature than people of the same age.You see the true purpose in life, you choose to develop a long-term and close relationship with God, you know it is above everything on this earth.God values the two mites a widow offered Him. He sees beyond the fancy look or expensive packaging.

Isaac is a simple twenty-year-old who was willing to offer his life to God at that age.What God values most is our heart.Be it our biological father or Father in Heaven, God teaches us to obey our parents, why?It’s simply the best way to mould us with more Godlike qualities.Jesus showed us in person, He came to this world not to become a king, having everyone bow before Him. He didn’t grow up in the palace but humbly in a manger, he even had to flee from Herod’s captivity.Jesus demonstrated to us what it means to fulfil God’s will on this earth. He loves the heavenly Father and is willing to obey His Will at all costs, whatever it takes.This is also my very wish!

Many of you may have thought, “why would you always emphasize that you just wanted to fulfil the dream of your dad with your ministry in Back To The Music? Even if you have the gift of writing songs and lyrics, you won’t show off your own talents?”Because this is the truth!Growing up, I know deep in my heart that my happiness is not about achieving things for myself, but to obey the leadership of my dad, and make him successful. My ministry and my world revolve around his ministry. This is the true happiness I’m longing and looking for!

I want everyone of you, lion cubs (the younger generation), to be inspired by the story of Isaac and learn from him.

In the coming days, we should learn to build our ministry on the achievements of the lions, our elders, and develop our faith on the foundation of their ministry and perfect examples.

英雄各有精彩絕倫的壯舉。主日學的老師總會對這些聖經偉人讚口不絕，對其所展現的勇氣與決心津津樂道。然而，多少人會談論以撒的英勇行為，他又是如何出類拔萃？不常，但他的故事，卻是不容忽視的。以撒雖不是威風凜凜的英雄，諸如參孫或大衛，但他卻具備一種特質，甚至連好些偉人也缺欠的。那就是「服從」。當亞伯拉罕聽到神的呼召，要他獻上獨生子時，以撒並沒有掙扎或拒絕。歷史學家指出，以撒當時大約二十來歲，絕對有能力制伏年邁的父親，脫離險境。可是，以撒捨棄了一切希望、夢想以及未來，全然服從父親。他認識到順從父親是多麼重要；同樣，父親也必須服從神。

當以撒到了適婚年齡，要談婚論嫁的時候，他選擇順從父親的意願，讓僕人尋覓合適的人選。這象徵著聖靈會為我們選擇配偶，我們不須用人意的方式進入婚姻；從此，更看到以撒對父親的單純和順從，這特質可是前所未有的，在整本聖經中也很少見到。主耶穌是另一個例子，祂存心順服父神，以至於死！以撒一生雖不是充滿著英勇戰鬥或傳奇壯舉等事跡，但單憑他的性格，就足以讓他在聖經偉人中佔一席位。效法以撒，就等同認識到順服的重要性，且明白到神會因而賜予我們豐盛的生命祝福！

Fascination David defeated Goliath,Moses parted the Red Sea,Jesus paid the price for humanity’s salvation.

Heroes do heroic things. Sunday school teachers would rave about such people in the Bible, going on for hours about their bravery and determination. Yet, how often do we hear about the heroics of Isaac and how he stood apart from the others? Not often, yet it is something we cannot overlook.While Isaac was no mighty hero like Samson or David, he had a trait that some of the greatest biblical legends did not possess. His obedience. When Abraham heard the call from God to sacrifice his only son, Isaac did not struggle or refuse to take part in it. Historians confirm that Isaac was about twenty or so years of age, more than capable of overpowering his aging father and escaping his fate. Instead, Isaac discarded his hopes and dreams, his entire future, and obeyed his father completely. He recognized the importance of his obedience to his father and that of his father to God.

When it came time for Isaac to be married, to choose a wife, he instead obeyed his father’s wishes for a servant to select the right match. This symbolizes the Holy Spirit choosing our significant other for us instead of us using our human ways to enter marriage. In addition, we see Isaac’s innocence and obedience to his father, something unprecedented and rarely seen throughout the Bible. Jesus is another example, obeying His Father even until death! While Isaac’s life might not be filled with heroic battles or legendary feats, his character alone solidifies his spot as one of the biblical greats. To model our lives after Isaac’s example is to realize the importance of obedience and the abundance of blessings God will bring upon our lives as a result!
