Back To The Music 於2021月8月29日 Facebook 專頁已發佈的新歌【Runnin runnin runnin】，唱者兼填詞人Aidan藉這首歌記錄了他爸爸往日的經歷。

「於小時候，爸爸就跟別的小孩不一樣，後來孤身一人在加拿大讀書，又患上過癌症，未知可有明天。但種種過去，讓爸爸塑造了堅強的性格，今天才能如英雄一樣，肩負眾多人的生命。最終，爸爸沒有時間中的遺憾，即使再次選擇，也願活一樣的人生！」

今天，我們又能否像Aidan的爸爸一樣，發現每段經歷裡，皆有神塑造的美意嗎？

【Runnin runnin runnin】創作意境

態度至關重要。

神的形象並非天方夜譚，也非凡人遙不可及。神的形象起始於微小的事情，比如善良、溫暖的擁抱、溫柔的微笑。請謹記，我們事奉並尊崇的是永活神，祂透徹明瞭我們，甚至比我們更了解自己。神知道我們的動機、渴望和需要；最重要的是，祂知道自由意志是何等重要。在自由底下，我們選擇愛、服侍和成長得更像祂，是我們能給祂的最大禮物。我希望藉著這首歌提醒大家，倚靠神的性格戰勝內心的惡魔，是多麼重要。即使前頭波濤洶湧，聖靈的果子讓我們駕馭風浪，領到所要前往的境界。

Attitude matters.

God’s image isn’t some far-fetched idea, something mere mortals can never hope to reach. It starts with the little things, like kindness, a warm hug, a gentle smile. Remember, we serve and honor a living God, one who knows us both inside and out, better than even we know ourselves. He knows our motives, wants, and needs, and most of all, He knows the importance of free will. Being free to choose to love, serve and grow to become more like Him is the biggest gift we can ever offer to the big man upstairs. I hope this song reminds all of us the importance of conquering our inner demons through God’s character. When we face rough seas ahead, the fruits of the Spirit is the sail that navigates both wind and water, leads us to where we need to go.

意境演繹

這首歌，以一個故事箱的角度，講述爸爸的成長故事。雖然，爸爸自幼因身體缺陷而受到欺凌，往後不論在加拿大留學，抑或回港建立教會，亦不斷遇到眾多挫折和傷痛。不過，今時今日回望，雖然我們會痛心，但卻不覺悲傷，反倒越發讚嘆神對爸爸無微不至的帶領，敬佩爸爸在眾多困境中，仍能以好態度回應。願這首歌能成為一個提醒，提醒我們，即使遇到不如意，仍要學習爸爸，察覺神於我們生命中的美意，以美好的性格，面對神所賜下的一切考驗！

A1:
幼時的爸爸，總是盡力地，嘗試參與在朋友間的遊戲，但越是努力，反倒越是絕望，彷彿陷於流沙裡、越陷越深。因為，爸爸帶著身體上先天的缺陷，在參與遊戲時很易被絆跌，越是努力，越是換來別人更多的嘲笑和欺負，被輕看、被排擠、被改難聽的花名，甚至是辱罵。當其他人快樂玩耍時，爸爸只能羨慕地看著，慢慢地從地上爬起，想著，假如自己身體如常人一樣，那就好了，我就能夠盡情奔放地與他們一起歡樂。

B1:
愛欺負別人的，只能看見眼前利益，藉著欺負弱小來提高自尊心，從中獲得快樂和自我價值。這些人的心，充滿苦毒、仇恨，不管爸爸如何盡力嘗試，仍無法討好他們。

C1:
過往，爸爸經常教導我，如何在傷心、無助中，說服自己的心、開解自己的心，就如大雨後的彩虹，眼前一切黑雲、暴雨，都是我們性格的鍛鍊，鍛鍊我們挪開內心的疑慮、不肯定和恐懼，學習似爸爸一樣，塑造出堅強、似神的性格。

A2:
即便爸爸到了加拿大留學，但他的人生，並沒有因新環境而變得容易，反而是另一種更大、更考驗他性格的挑戰。起初，爸爸英文水平並不高，在極其陌生的環境下，連食物都要重新習慣，經歷水土不服，各方面都是極大、極困難的挑戰。每一個明天都充滿未知，為他帶來深深的無奈、無助和憂慮。而身邊的西人同學，不單語言上難以溝通，而且性格也高傲，不會輕易接納英語不好的華人同學，令爸爸飽受言語或眼神上的傷害及藐視。當時的爸爸，除了思鄉，亦很思念香港的教會、朋友，但身邊經歷的一切，卻不斷提醒他，他是一個失敗者，一生也無法得勝。

B2:
很多人都羨慕外國的生活，嚮往西方明星的大屋、名車，甚至是外貌出眾的配偶，然而，正如所羅門於傳道書所記載，一切都只是虛空、捕風。那麼，甚麼才有價值呢？正是爸爸的性格、內涵，即使面對挫折、無奈、無助，爸爸仍然懂得開解自己，用神的性格和聖靈果子，面對人生一切悲劇，使之變為一個幸福結局。我們從爸爸的生命中，正正就是看見這種美好。

C2:
加拿大留學，彷彿是人生新的一頁，然而，卻是另一個新的挑戰、考驗和歷練，並不如他想像般容易。原來，這亦是神為爸爸所預設，一些考驗的場景，讓爸爸在當中鍛鍊更優美的性格。雖然，加拿大的人與事都十分陌生，就如置身一齣恐怖電影的感覺，但爸爸卻發現，在他最無奈、最無助的時刻，若果他仍願意依靠神，原來，他內裡早已有一股，之前被忽略了的力量，可以使他跨勝一切難關。

C3:
不論爸爸留學加拿大，抑或是回港後，經濟上都十分拮据，只僅僅足夠生存。然而，即使他的前路充斥著問題和未知，但當他遇到比自己更有需要的人，他仍是非常樂意付出，願意用手上僅餘的祝福別人，向別人伸出援手，這本來就是爸爸的性格使然。爸爸更發現，即使他的生命中，充滿一個又一個難關，甚至遇到一些看似必死的困局，但假若他願意抓緊神的應許，最終必定會神蹟地跨勝。而他從中所學，眾多寶貴的功課，原來亦是為了他日，成為所有跟從者的祝福。

A3:
雖然，爸爸的人生，有眾多世人看為悲劇的情節。但今時今日，我卻親眼見證神的真實，神賜給爸爸不同類型的祝福，如美滿的家庭、快樂的生活，這些祝福，更是日復日、年復年地增加。隨年日過去，爸爸身邊的跟從者，只會日漸更加尊敬和欣賞他，敬佩他的鬥志、美好的品性。甚至，神亦會透過各種共同信息，明證爸爸的性格，絕對值得我們尊重與珍惜，甚至視為至寶。因為，當神亦如此珍視爸爸，我們更應當將效法爸爸成為我們的目標！

This song is presented from the perspective of a story box that tells the past story of my dad. When he was young, he was bullied due to his physical disability. Later on in his life, whether it be studying in Canada or returning to Hong Kong to establish the Church of Zion, he encountered many setbacks and traumas. Looking back today, although we may feel bad, we do not feel sad. On the contrary, we are more and more impressed by God’s unfailing guidance to Dad. We admire his excellent attitude despite all the challenges along the way.May this song serve as a reminder to you all – even when things don’t go our way, we should learn from Dad and recognise God’s goodness in our lives. We should face all the trials God has set forth for us with a good attitude!

A1:
When Dad was young, he always tried his best to join his friends to play. But the more he tried, the more desperate he became. It was as if he was stuck in a quicksand, sinking deeper and deeper. Owing to his inborn physical disability, Dad would easily fall when playing in games. The more he tried, the more he was ridiculed and bullied by others. He was belittled, isolated, nicknamed and even insulted. While others played happily, Dad could only watch enviously as he slowly got up from the ground. He thought, “if I could walk like a normal person, I would be able to have fun with them as much as I wanted.”

B1:
Those who love bullying are selfish individuals. By teasing the weak, they find satisfaction, happiness and self-worth. The hearts of these people are full of bitterness and hatred. No matter how hard Dad tried, he still couldn’t please them.

C1:
Dad has taught me before how to comfort my heart when heartbreaking and unfortunate events happened. Like a rainbow after a heavy rain, all the black clouds and rainstorms are just training grounds to build our character. It trains us to be stronger and shields us from inner doubts, uncertainties and fears. We learn to be like Dad, to build a strong and God-like character.

A2:
Even when Dad went to Canada to study, his life did not get easier in the new environment. Instead, it was even more challenging. At first, Dad’s English was not very good. In an unfamiliar environment, he had to get used to the local food and adjust to the new environment. Every tomorrow was full of unknowns and challenges. It brought him a deep sense of helplessness, hopelessness, and anxiety. It was difficult to communicate with the Western students due to language barriers and their arrogant personalities. They did not accept Chinese students whose English wasn’t good enough. Dad suffered from contempt and humiliation. He also missed his church and friends in Hong Kong so much. Everything he experienced in Canada are constant reminders of his failure and simply being a loser in life.

B2:
Many people looked up to others living abroad. They yearn for big houses, nice cars, and even a good-looking spouse of Hollywood stars. But, as Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes, “all is vanity and wind”. So, what is of value? It’s personality! Like Dad’s personality, that’s the substance that matters. Even in the face of frustration, helplessness and hopelessness, Dad still knows how to comfort himself. With his God-like character and the fruits of the Holy Spirit, he turned all tragedies into happy endings. This is exactly the kind of beauty we see in Dad’s life.

C2:
Studying in Canada seems like a new page in life. However, it was a new test. It was not as easy as he thought it would be. It turns out that this was, yet another plan from God to train Dad so he can develop more beautiful qualities. People and things in Canada are very foregin to Dad. It was like being in a horror movie. But Dad found that as long as he relied on God, God would provide him strength in the most helpless and hopeless moments. Then, he could overcome all difficulties that came his way.

C3:
During the times when Dad studied in Canada or after returning to Hong Kong, he could barely survive financially. Ahead of him was full of problems and unknowns. Regardless, when he met someone in need, he was still willing to give a helping hand. He always blessed others with everything he had. That is just the way Dad has always been. Dad’s life was filled with difficulties. He even encountered some deadly situations before. But when he held on to God’s promises, he eventually overcame miraculously. The many valuable lessons he took are intended to be a blessing to all his followers in the future.

A3:
Although the world may see Dad’s life as a tragedy, God has sent him all kinds of blessings, such as a great family and a beautiful life. I have witnessed these blessings multiply day by day, year by year. As the years go by, the followers of Dad will only grow to respect and appreciate him more and more. They admire his fighter spirit and his outstanding character. Through various common mutual messages, God testifies that Dad’s character is definitely worthy of respect and appreciation, He even sees it as a great treasure. Since God adores Dad so much, we should make it our goal to imitate him!

人生如戲，種種不同的經歷，有悲有喜，有哀有樂，但當我們明白到其中有著神的美意時，便可以換個積極的角度和善良的心境，去品嚐和面對它。最終，使我們的內心變得強大，擁有神的性情和美德，如Adian的爸爸，成為信仰人生的大嬴家！
